    "The Track Team had a successful afternoon at Roanoke College with the boys earning second place and the girls coming in third place. The boys 4x200m and 4x400m relays won their races and Chris Smith placed first in triple jump and high jump. Emma Jones won the 55m dash and demolished the school record. Chris Smith also broke the school record for the high jump and qualified for the New Balance National Meet in New York."

    "If you missed Virginia Western's Advising day, students can visit the Advising Center in Chapman Hall at Virginia Western. The Advising Center will see student on a drop-in basis until February 1st. These visits are for all prospective students, regardless of their eligibility or desire to apply for CCAP. No appointment is needed. Chapman is open from 8am to 5pm each day. If you would like more information please stop by the Career Center."

They worked with Virginia Tech professors and students along with The Kingdom Choir, who sang in the royal wedding of Megan Markle and Prince Harry. Over the course of 3 days they worked on 5 pieces of music which they performed in the multi-million dollar venue, the Moss center for performing arts.  Congratulations again!"
