Student Fees
The following schedule of fees complies with The Code of Virginia and School Board Policy 4.12. The 2025-2026 schedule of fees was submitted and approved by the Roanoke County School Board on May 22, 2025. Fees are reduced or waived for economically disadvantaged students and students whose families are undergoing economic hardships. Families should contact their principal.

The School Board sends two $500 bills for nonresident tuition in July. You may pay both bills at the same time before the deadline.

Online Payments
The school division is transitioning to a new online payment platform for student fees and donations (givebacks). During this transition, some payments may still be processed through our previous system (Kev School Solutions). We appreciate your patience as we complete this change.
Parents/guardians may pay student fees or make donations online using a credit card. Please refer to the resources below for assistance accessing the platform. The vendor charges a $0.59 fee per shopping cart, plus a 3.95% processing fee. These fees are assessed by the vendor and are not school division fees.

Parents/guardians may pay student fees or make donations online using a credit card. Click on the logo below to enroll and access items for your school. The vendor charges $0.10 per item and a 4% processing fee per transaction. These fees are assessed by the vendor and are not school division fees.
Parents/guardians may purchase athletic event tickets online for participating schools. Click on the logo below to purchase tickets. The vendor charges a $1.00 fee per ticket, plus a 5% fee for tickets over $10. For season tickets, the fee is $2.00 plus 5%. These fees are assessed by the vendor and are not school division fees.
Parents/guardians may set up a free account to prepay for student meals or monitor account activity. Click on the logo below to set up or access an account. The vendor charges a 3.95% processing fee per transaction, with a minimum fee of $2.85. These fees are assessed by the vendor and are not school division fees.
