Family and Consumer Sciences (FACS) classes are an excellent opportunity for students to gain life-long knowledge. Students will apply concepts and skills learned in class to real-world scenarios such as cooking, caring for a child, and living a healthy lifestyle. Classes offered through the department are Intro to Culinary, Child Development, Nutrition and Wellness, and Fashion and Interior Design.

Students are also members of the co-curricular student organization, FCCLA (Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America). Dues paying members can extend their classroom learning through field trips, community service projects, and guest speakers!
