Each year, federal or state law requires us to notify parents about different policies and practices. The chart below is a summary of these annual notices.

| Lock-Down Drills | Phone, text and email notice is sent to parents at least 48 hours before each drill (2 required annually). |

| Wellness Policy | This information is sent to parents annually via email and is included on our nutrition services page |
| Youth Risk Behavior Survey | Conducted in even years. Notice is sent in advance to parents via email and phone. YRBS information and preview surveys are available on our counseling page. |

| Bill of Rights | This is posted at all schools as required by Va. law. |
