First day school forms must be completed online using Annual Verification (ANVER) which is accessed through your ParentVUE account (see login link below).  Parents will receive an alert in early July to log into their ParentVUE account to complete the Annual Verification for their children. 

Please contact your child’s school if you are having any difficulty accessing your ParentVUE account.

The final deadline to complete online forms is August 9.  Paper forms will be available upon request at their child’s school.
