TDAP drive through clinics offered at middle schools

July 24: 9 a.m.- 11 a.m. at the Salem Health Department (387-5530) and the Vinton Health Department ( 857-7800) Health Dept. by appointment.

July 27:  4 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Hidden Valley Middle School
July 28:  9 a.m.- 11 a.m. at Glenvar Middle
July 29:  4 p.m. - 6 p.m. at William Byrd Middle
July 30:  9 a.m. - 11 a.m. at Northside Middle

Please note: Parents must bring a copy of their insurance card, the student's most recent immunization record and completed paperwork (see files below). On the HIPAA Authorization, please indicate the information can be released to Roanoke County Public Schools so the Virginia Department of Health can give a copy of your child's immunization record to their school.

Tdap, HPV and Meningitis vaccines will be available. The Tdap vaccine is required to start 7th grade. Please make sure a copy of the immunization record is given to your child's school. Class schedules will be withheld if the school does not have a copy.

Families may go to the drive thru immunization clinic at any of the middle schools listed above. It does not matter which school your child attends.
