New Procedures For Technical Support

Parents & Students,

 

Starting immediately, we ask that parents and students direct their technical support requests to nmstechsupport@rcps.us . This school specific account will completely replace the old “techsupport@rcps.us”. Prior requests to techsupport@rcps.us will be addressed, and this account will be retired.  Please do not direct any future requests to techsupport@rcps.us.


This change should better serve our students and parents who will be assisted by their school’s technical support staff. This email account is intended to serve our students who are either online only or off campus when the request is sent. Students attending school should notify their teachers of any technical issues so that we may resolve those problems at school.

Please keep in mind that our IT support staff works regular school hours. Any requests made after hours or during the weekend will not be addressed until regular school hours.
